Default Superb Charr Carvings

I want to get these for my Mask of Mo Zing. What is the best way to farm them?

Buy them for around 150g in Doomlore Shrine AD1.

It would take a long time to farm 250 Sup Charr Carvings by yourself so it's much more efficient to farm somewhere else, like UW, then purchase the Carvings from others. People usually sell in lots of about 10 or sometimes more if you're lucky.

From Doomlore Shrine go right. There are about 4 or 6 charr archers, don't remember. Bring some spells that don't require line of sight. Mesmer or Necromancer AoE hexes are the best. You might also consider going /Me for Cry of Frustration, if you get them all to the same level of health at the same time, they will all try to use Troll Unguent.

Even Elementalist can Mark of Rodgort + Meteor, then hit with some fire spells. Searing Flames should do it.

Remember before you can get the mask you must complete all the associated quests to make Vael the collector and if you really want it just buy the carvings or start doing smite runs in CoF otherwise it will take forever to get them.

Rangers have +30AL vs. Elemental damage... Why are you suggesting using Elemental damage to farm Rangers?

Is the drop rate the same in NM as in HM?

I WILL CORRECT YOU!

They're not trophies, they are collectibles. Loot scaling doesn't apply.

I used to take a perma into the base in grothmar wardowns, just sliver the things do death and try and kill the dominators first. As long as there's only 1 or 2 archers you can take most charr groups out.

Start at Long Eyes Ledge; Got straight down towards the seige devourer; Head down straight down towards the dungeon; After that you then go towards the little encampment which has a charr boss [Monk]; Come out and head towards the top so you can go to Dalada Uplands;

Dalada Uplands; Go straight ahead then work you way around to the and then when you reach the portal towards Sacnorth Valley you dont take it and head to the middle where you can get the other Seige Devourer and head back into Grothmar Wardowns to Sacnorth Valley wipe out Charr base and then you can start over or go back the way you came!

The skills are SS and price of failure,gather the archers by the bottom of the hill and use the hill as defense and then cast the necros skills,slow way way of killing them.Got to 40 carvings but gave up...way to boring
